Accounts are your customers. Accounts can contain one or many contacts and are owned by an individual user, a team of users, or everyone. Access to accounts and account-related information depends on the account type and your access rights.
You can view account information either on a Contact or Opportunity Tab, in a list of query results, or on the Account Detail view.
