Activities Tab

Use the Activities tab to manage activities and events related to the current account, contact, ticket, or opportunity. Information displayed on the Activities tab includes the activity type, date and time, duration, user, category and regarding.

To open

On the Contact, Account, Opportunity, Lead, and Ticket Detail view, click the Activities tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

To schedule a phone call

Click the Schedule Phone Call button and follow the steps to schedule a phone call.

To schedule a meeting

Click the Schedule Meeting button and follow the steps to schedule a meeting.

To schedule a to-do

Click the Schedule To-Do button and follow the steps to schedule to-do.
