Adding and Removing Activity Resources

Use the Resources dialog box to add or remove activity resources when you schedule or edit a phone call or meeting.

To open the Resources tab

• Click the Resources tab from the Schedule a Phone Call, Schedule a Meeting, or Edit Activity view.

To add resources

• From the list of Available Resources, select the resource(s) you want to add, and then click the button.

To remove resources

• From the list of Currently Selected Resources, click the resource(s) you want to remove, and then click the Remove button.
