Using the Defect Tickets Tab
Use this tab to add or remove an association between tickets and defects. Management and other users may use this information to determine the severity of the defect and actions needed to correct the defect.
To open
- Open the Defect Detail view.
- Click the Tickets tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
To view details
- Do one of the following:
- To open the Ticket Detail view, click the ticket ID.
- To view the ticket description and resolution, click Select next to the ticket you want to view.
The ticket description and resolution appear in the boxes in the tab view.
To associate a ticket
- Click Associate Ticket

.
- Locate and select the ticket using the lookup.
- Click OK.
To disassociate a ticket
- Click Remove next to the ticket that you want to disassociate from the defect.
- Click OK.
