Adding or Removing Ad Hoc Group Records

You can manage your ad hoc groups by adding or removing records.

To add

If you do not select any records, you will be asked if all records in the group should be used. If you click OK, all group records will be selected, regardless of any Task Pane filters.

To remove

  1. Open the ad hoc group you want to update.
  2. Do one of the following:
