Deleting Leads

Deleting a lead also deletes all information associated with the lead.

To delete a lead

  1. Find the lead you want to delete.
  2. On the Lead Detail view, click the Delete button.

  3. Click OK.

To delete multiple leads

  1. From the Lead List view, select one or more records. To select more than one record, hold down [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
  2. Right-click anywhere in the grid and then click Delete Records.

  3. Click OK.
