Standard Problem Standard Resolutions Tab

Use this view to view or associate standard resolutions with a problem.

How Do I?

Open this view

• On the Standard Problem Detail view, click the Standard Resolutions tab.

Associate a resolution

1. Click the Add resolution button.
2. Use the lookup to find a standard resolution.

Delete a resolution

1. Click Remove next to the resolution you want to delete.
2. Click OK.

This view contains the following columns:

• Description - Indicates the resolution to the problem.
• Notes - Indicates brief notes about the resolution.
