Using the Ticket Comments Tab
Use the Comments text box for all internal notes, troubleshooting steps,
or other important information related to the ticket.
To add internal comments to a ticket
- On the Ticket Detail view, click the Comments tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.
- In the Internal Comments box, type your comments.
- Click the User Date Stamp

button to enter your name, the date and time (according to your regional settings) of the comments.
- Click Save
