Using the Ticket Related Assets Tab

Use the Related Assets tab on the Ticket Detail view to see all assets associated with the selected ticket and to associate and disassociate other related assets to the ticket.

How Do I?

Open the Ticket Related Assets tab

1. Open the Ticket Detail view.
2. Click the Related Assets tab.If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

Associate an Asset

1. Click Associate Asset.
2. Locate and select the item using the lookup.
3. Click OK.

Disassociate an Asset

1. Select the item you want to remove, and then click Remove.
2. Click OK.
