Ticket Activity Parts

1. Open the Ticket Detail view.
2. Click the Ticket Activity Parts tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

1. Click Delete next to the part you want to remove.
2. Click Yes.

• Click Copy next to the part you want to copy.

A copy of the selected part appears in the grid.
